1. Damaged Items Policy

We take great care in packing your items securely. However, once the package is handed over to the courier, the responsibility lies with the shipping service. In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged:

  • Cost Sharing for Damaged Items: Minkd will contribute 40% of the product cost, and the customer will bear the remaining 60%.
  • Proof of Damage: Customers are required to provide clear photographic evidence of the damage upon receiving the package. Please email us at minkdhome@gmail.com with the images and order details for review.

2. Return Policy

Returns are only accepted under specific conditions:

  • Faulty Products: If a product is found to be faulty or defective, customers can initiate a return.
  • Time Frame: Complaints must be made within 3 days of receiving the product. Any requests made after this period will not be entertained.
  • Inspection and Approval: All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval for a refund or exchange.
  • Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded as store credit or through the original payment method, as per the customer’s preference.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all postage or courier charges associated with returning an item.
  • Recommended Courier Services: For a smooth process, we recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item. Minkd is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
  • Products purchased on sale or during promotional offers (unless faulty).

5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges: Exchanges are processed only for defective or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Subject to Availability: Exchanges depend on stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose a different product or opt for a refund.

6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Step 1: Email us at minkdhome@gmail.com within the designated time frame (3 days) with your order details, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue.
  • Step 2: Attach photographic evidence in case of damage or defects.
  • Step 3: Ship the product back to our return address (shared upon approval). Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage.
  • Step 4: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome and process the return, exchange, or refund as applicable.
